In early March we assembled at the Bowlero bowling alley in preparation for a Drive & Dine on the backroads to the Napa Valley. We finished our journey by continuing on to St. Helena to the Pizzeria Tra Vigne for lunch. Our lunch was delicious, the weather was fantastic, and we had a great time together. Thank you, Diane and Victor, for hosting this event.

Before we were allowed to park with the aircraft, we had to wait in a parking lot along with others. While we were there, Sara, Eddie and JoRene’ became very interested with this man’s motorcycle - pretty cool!
Victor was also impressed with this man’s motorcycle

The “Motorcycle Man” is about to takeoff in to the wild blue yonder. Maybe we’ll see him at next year’s Wings-N-Wheels Carshow?
Early Saturday morning, of the Memorial Day weekend, we rendezvoused at the Bowlero Bowling Alley in Vacaville in preparation to participate in the annual Fiesta Days Parade. Once we were all formed up, we drove over as group of 25 corvettes to our staging area to decorate our cars, and wait for our turn to drive in the parade. After the parade we had lunch at Chili’s Restaurant. The weather was fantastic, and we had a great time! Thank you, JoRene’, for hosting this event.

In June we went on a Drive & Dine to Mi Ranchito restaurant in Santa Rosa for lunch, and then on to the Korbel Winery in Guerneville. After visiting the winery, four couples had a two night overnighter in Guerneville; staying at the COTTAGES on River Road. After the first night, they went to see the former Russian fort at Fort Ross State Historic Park. On their return to the COTTAGEs on River Road they stopped in Duncan Mills for a late lunch/early dinner. Evenings were spent around the fire pit enjoying s’mores.
We stopped in Calistoga for a restroom break, and another group photo.
Our August Drive & Dine was through the Delta to the Orwood Resort on Discovery Bay. Along the way, we stopped at the Delta Farmers Market.
