In May we did an overnighter (two nights) to the Little River Inn in Mendocino. Along the journey to our lodging, we stopped at the Hamburger Ranch & Bar-B-Que Restaurant, and the Navarro Vinyards & Winery. Once we reached our final destination, we explored the small seaside village of Mendocino and the Point Cabrillo Light Station State Historic Park. We had a great time!
The movie The Majestic used the Point Cabrillo Lighthouse for a small scene.
The Blair House was the house shown as Jessica Fletcher's home on the television show Murder She Wrote; also, Cabot Cove was really Mendocino.
In October we did a Drive & Dine to the Jessel Gallery in Napa Valley and then had lunch at the Sam's Social Club restaurant in Calistoga.
